We dispatch all UK orders from our Australian warehouses using Royal Mail or Aramex International, depending on your location.
While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that international logistics may occasionally be impacted by customs processing or courier delays.

No signature is required upon delivery due to ongoing contactless delivery protocols.

Orders placed Monday to Friday (AEST business hours) are processed within 1–2 business days.

If you paid via PayPal, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for verification and processing, as PayPal transactions require additional security checks for your protection.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3–5 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your local courier and customs clearance.

If your tracking status shows "Pending" or "Ready for Processing" after receiving your tracking link, it simply means your parcel is being prepared. If there's no update after a reasonable time, please contact us – we’re happy to follow up with the courier on your behalf.
